Some girls like paintbrushes more than make-up brushes
Vintage Bette was born of a need to create, combined with a passion for a best-in-class product, Cece Caldwell's 100% Chalk + Clay Paints.
I am Misty Rigdon, owner of Vintage Bette and I want to thank you for visiting our little store. As my son grows out of his need for a full-time stay-at-home mom I am changing my focus to a career...one that I love. I have always enjoyed restyling furniture and I am constantly trolling Craigslist and garage sales for new projects. I also have somewhat of a Pinterest addiction so follow me for all kinds of inspiration and ideas! It was important for me to choose a quality product to represent--one that I actually use and one I believe in. I chose CeCe Caldwell's 100% Natural Chalk + Clay Paints because I always found myself buying and using it and also because it is a company I admire and am proud to be associated with.
Through years of experimenting with different paints and finishes and learning how to refinish furniture we have found CCCP has continuously found it's place among our line-up as we flip furniture in Colorado Springs, CO. We choose to sell Cece Caldwell's Paints because:
- Made in the USA
- Earth Friendly--mineral based paints are packaged in recycled plastic containers
- Safe--contains NO potentially harmful or toxic ingredients (nonyl phenol ethoxylats, APEO, formaldehyde, ammonia, ethylene glycol or acrylic co-polymers) and their paints do not contain any ingredients that have to be listed on label as hazardous under the California Prop 65 law
- NON-TOXIC | NO VOC’S | NO SOLVENTS
- Cece Caldwell's Paints are ideal for the retailer, seasoned professional, or first-time DIY-er
- Easy to use!
VintageBette began as a furniture refinishing company and now we also sell the Cece Caldwell's Paints products we use to make our projects special. Misty Rigdon first started hand-painting home accents as a toddler while her mom taught ceramics classes at the home decor and ceramics shop she owned. Misty continues to refine her skills and stays on trend with painting techniques and products.
